Next Borough Council Meeting/Firecompany Fundraisers/Rotary Club Ox Roast

Next Borough Council meeting-September 7 at 7:30 PM.

Members of the Citizens & Washington are conducting their annual fundraising drive. Your financial support is important. Please consider donating.

September 11 is this years Rotary Club Ox Roast at Memorial Park from Noon-5PM.

September 16 is the Foot Traffic Group "An Evening Stroll" Downtown Mechanicsburg "If you like leisurely wine tasting, fine arts and crafts, and learning about vintage architecture, Mechanicsburg is the place to be Friday, September 17, 5 pm to 9 pm. Head downtown to stroll through the many excellent specialty shops and Art Galleries to meet talented artists and to enjoy wine at various sites. Adams County Winery will be at Civil War and More where bottles of wine may be purchased and tasted. While you’re strolling, check out live music venues or take a FREE TOUR to learn amazing facts about Mechanicsburg’s historic buildings. Architectural tours will start every hour at The Square, Market and Main:

My main goal and commitment is to keep residents informed of not only what Council is considering and discussing, but also to increase awareness of efforts of the Organizations and busineses in the Borough.

The Community Calender is updated daily. Community Corner will provide brief information on events at the Library, Museum, New Hope Ministries, our fire companies, churches and schools. Please contact me to have other activities added. Council Corner will include brief points Council is or may consider as well as the names of other Council members. A links page connects you to various organizations including the Borough website.

Making this information available to you is important to me, but it is also important for me to hear from you. Communication is a two-way street.
